Wow~ I can't believe it's been nearly a year since I posted my last post XP Sorry to everyone~ I've been too busy & caught up with other things until I've forgot to update my blog :X

Anyway, nothing much has happened in my life for the past 10 months, except for me starting my degree course for Bachelor of Science (Physics) XP FYI, I don't really like studying about physics, but I had no choice but to continue with this course. In the beginning of my 1st semester, it was pretty hard for me to handle all the subjects coz everything was taught at the advance level (which gave me headaches :X). After several months had past, everything seems to be much easier (too bad the tension keeps adding up day by day) XP While studying, I also made some new friends, and one of them happens to be one of my roommates XP

Well, that's all that I wanted to say for now. I'll try to keep updating from time to time since I just got a new laptop XP And oh! My exams are just around the corner, so wish me luck! XD

Wee~~ My mid semester break has finally begin! A week-off is all I need to redeem my sleeping hours XP

Oh yea, I just bought something that I've always wanted to buy (OK... not always...)! No... it's not a T-shirt. It is neither clothes nor bags. It's a Walkman! XD And no, it's not the one that you put cassette in it (I hate those Walkmans...). I kinda think of it as my belated birthday present, coz I don't get any since my 12th birthday >.<

Anyway, after all this bragging, I would like to wish everyone a Happy Lunar New Year and a Prosperous Year of the Ox! Moo~~!! XD (Gimme my Hong Bao!!)

Hi boys and gals~! It's that time again when I update my blog and you go "HOMG! WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG?!" XD

First of all, nothing happened for the past couple of weeks. Just the same old thing. Lectures, studies, practicals, homework. BUT, I found something very interesting while I was reading today's newspaper. I found an article saying, "Sugar binge has same effects as drug abuse".

After I read it, I was like HOMG HOMG HOMG!!!! I was killing myself without even realising it o.o Yes, yes. I'm a sugar-addict. Even though I don't eat sugar that we use in our drinks, i.e fine sugar, I still take sugar from candies, chocolates & junk food.

They said that sugar bingeing can cause an addiction, followed by behaviour & emotional changes (or something like that). Some scientists who studied this case tested it on rats (I'm not a rat lover, so don't write comments saying "HOMG! ANIMAL ABUSE!" =.=) and they got the same result after feeding them with high sugar content food for a few days, cut it off and feeding them back again with the same food (or something like that).

So, we should not eat sugar (in any form) excessively. I'm a perfect example of the victim coz I eat candies & chocolates almost everyday, especially during lectures. EAT WELL, EAT RIGHT! XP

Wow-ee~ it's been a long time since I wrote my last entry. Well, I've been kinda busy for the past few months so I kinda forgot to update my blog >.< Well, since I'm here right now, IT'S CLEANING TIME! XD

*dusting off the corners* While I'm cleaning up this place, let me just tell you bits of events that you guys have missed out :P

During early October, when all Muslims were celebrating Eid Fitri, a very unexpected guest came to visit my family. Her name is Yoko Kami. She came from the land of the rising sun (if you guessed India, ask someone to whack your head for failing Geography =.=). Yes, yes... she's from Japan. Well, she is a Japanese anyway :P She was my mum's lecturer or something when my mum was studying. Now she's my mum's foster sister. I'm not telling you the whole story or this entry will end up as very, VERY LONG essay (and I hate essays XP).

She stayed with my family for a week. While she's with us, my parents brought her around town to visit some places she used to know, such as Ampang Park, Language Institute (it's in the opposite side of University of Malaya, somewhere on top of the hill near Kerinchi Link Highway XP). My mum also fed her some of her signature raya dishes, which are Ketupat, Beef Rendang & Kuah Lodeh :9 While having our meals, she told my siblings and I the things that happened during her last visit to my family's house in KJ. It's very interesting to listen to her story in Malay language coz you don't get to see Japanese speaks Malay everyday :P In between her stories, she used some Indonesian Malay words coz she was working in Indonesia a few months ago and she forgot to switch to Malaysian Malay XP

On the Saturday of that week, Aunt Yoko (I call her Aunt Noreena, since she was given that name by my grandfather :P), my 3 aunts, my mother and I went to Malacca to visit my mum's relatives and Aunt Noreena's friend. I hate the journey.... We went there with my aunt's Naza Citra, which is quite small for me AND I had to sit in the back seat. In the car, I was literally folded like an origami just to fit myself in the back seat >.< With the unbearable heat during the trip, put some sour cream on me and I could be an Auntie Anne's pretzel X_X After we came back to KL, she packed her luggages & went to her home in Penang. Ah yes, she do have a home there, which she bought long time ago :P

Oh yea, I've forgotten about something! October is the month of my friends' birthdays! Oh, and mine too!! XD To all October babies out there, a very, VERY HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY! I know it's almost December, but better late than never, right? XD

Now, about my studies, I've just finished my 2nd week of the 2nd semester of my foundation. I got one thing to say: "I HATE LAB WORKS!!!!" First of all, the labs are situated on top of a hill (curse the architechs, landscapers & engineers who built that damn lab over there...). Secondly, the ceiling fans are used like a decoration purpose. It doesn't really work. Stupid, right? Due to that, I was sweating like melting ice =.= Anyway, the others are kinda OK to me. The lectures are easy to understand and the lecturers are kind enough to give us time to copy the notes :P

Anyway, I've been itching to ask my parents this question: "May I study at Teikyo Language Institute?" I wanted to study there but the cost will surely give my parents a heart attack >.<>.<

Phew... I think that's just about it. I'll try to post more entries as many and often as possible. I know some of my old readers thought this blog is "dead" but it's not. It's just inactive. For a while. I hope. XP

Phew... at last, the mid-semester break has finally come (OH YEAH~! Holiday baybeh~~!). But, I felt very sad because most of the great lecturers who taught me from the beginning until today won't be teaching me anymore... especially my Calculus & Algebra lecturers :(

Of course, when there's a holiday, there are homework to be done... yippie... =.= This makes me even lazier than before >.<

OMG.... my blog is as dusty as an old attic of abandoned home O.O Anyway, while I do a light-speed cleaning, I'll tell you that happened during my stay in UM's 12th Dormatory College (a.k.a university hostel) XP

1st week: I was struggling like *toot* coz I had to become a Group Representative during Orientation Week... When the classes has started, everything was in a mess. I don't understand the lectures given, I couldn't copy all the notes.... it's a complete DISASTER. But, thanks to my trusty group members (who eventually became my close friends XP) helped me out :P After a few visits to the Lecturers' Block, most of the problems were sloved :)

2nd week: I wasn't struggling like I was in the 1st week but the stress was no lesser than last week's. Lotsa of assignments & homework to do in so little time >.<

3rd week: Same old, same old. Lectures, extra classes, assignments, homework, practicles...

Since I can only come back home on certain weekends, don't expect updates on this blog everyday... but please do read the latest posts posted. Until then, BYE~~~ XD
